The Jané Mateu Foundation, established on September 22, 2021, is a private non-profit organization that operates under its own bylaws and the legal framework of Catalan foundations, complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are firmly committed to health, well-being, and sustainability. Our mission is to support innovative initiatives that contribute to building a healthier and more sustainable future for everyone.

CODE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

At the Jané Mateu Foundation, we are fully committed to transparency and sound management practices.

During the board meeting held on February 14, 2022, we approved our adherence to the Good Governance Code of the Catalan Coordinator of Foundations—a guiding framework designed to ensure best practices in foundation management.

This code serves as a reference for both our board members and professional team, ensuring that we operate efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with our mission.

The Good Governance Code complements our Bylaws and strengthens our ongoing commitment to improving governance in order to create a positive social impact.

By following the principles set forth by our founder, Joan Jané Mateu, we continue working toward a healthier and more sustainable future for all.
